Michigan looks vulnerable to me, especially after Fresno State's performance at The Big House. Even though Texas lost some of its defensive line, it still has pieces up front. If they can stop Michigan's run, their path to victory is a lot easier.

Absolutely. Last year, Michigan was able to get away with an over-reliance on the run game, but I’m not sure they can in 2024.

I suspect the UT defense will load the box and dare one of the two Michigan QBs to push the ball downfield.

In that sense JJ McCarthy fit the offense like a glove. He seemed to complete every pass when it mattered. I was at the National Championship, and let me tell you, it was no fun getting the ball run down your throat and to see it as a Husky fan.

Oh man, I bet.

In that sense, I actually think new Ohio State QB Will Howard will play the JJ McCarthy role for the Buckeyes this season.

Command the offense and get out of the way.
